Shipping Policy

Every order is made to order. Production begins as soon as your order is placed. Because our process is still new and refining, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. We’re working hard to get your products out as quickly as possible.

To give you the best results, we ship our steel edging in full 6-foot lengths. This size strikes a balance between installation and a clean, professional look. Shipping is charged at the carrier rate due to the length of the pieces.

Once production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and handed off to UPS for delivery. Shipping timelines from that point depend on UPS transit times based on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
